Cothern Cards is built around a simple idea: create a trusted place for trading card players and collectors to shop with confidence.

We’re a community-focused TCG business based in Noblesville, Indiana, and the home of the Cothern Cards Live, a Magic: The Gathering rip-and-ship stream hosted on YouTube and Twitch.

The channel was established in 2020, and our first live pack-opening stream began in 2021. Over the last 5+ years, we’ve opened more than 290,000 booster packs for customers on the channel while building an amazing community centered on positivity, excitement, and a shared love of the hobby.

Cothern Cards, LLC is owned and operated by Lance and Victoria Cothern. Together, they handle all aspects of the business, including customer service, secure packaging, and careful shipping of every order. Lance is also the primary live streamer on the channel.

Lance started playing Magic in 2000 during the Invasion block and played on and off over the years before returning around the release of Zendikar Rising in 2020. His favorite format is draft, but he also enjoys a good elf or Prossh deck in Commander.
